Safariline, Ltd (“Safariline” or “we” or “us”) values your privacy and handles your information with
care and pursuant to applicable laws. Our privacy policy is designed to give you peace of mind and
confidence about the information we collect, how and why we collect it, and when it is used. In
summary, the only personal data collected is the minimum necessary for the purpose of the booking
process. No data will be shared or sold commercially.
This Privacy Policy addresses personal information that we collect, use, and share through our
website, www.safarline.net, mobile application, and other products and services (collectively, the
“Services”), the security procedures in place to protect against the misuse of your information, and the
choices which are available to you regarding the use of your data. By using the Services, you are
knowingly and willingly agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion by posting
the revised Privacy Policy on this webpage and without sending a notice to you, so you should review
this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date of this Privacy Policy and any revisions or
changes thereto may be found on this webpage, in the upper left-hand corner of the policy. This
Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations on us.
INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT & WHY
We collect information from you at various points through our Services. We will only share this
information with our affiliates, co-branded partners, and service providers and vendors contracted to
do business on our behalf or in connection with the Services. When you request and/or authorize
certain services, we will use and share your personal information as necessary to provide these
services to you. We will share your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the

When you make an inquiry with via our website, on the telephone, or in person, we collect
information from you including full name, email address, telephone number, and details about the
safari you wish to go on. We need this information to process a quotation and/or booking for you.
We will not subscribe you to our email newsletters unless you specifically opt in. During the inquiry
process your name may be shared with suppliers to hold rooms.
When you sign up to receive our email newsletter via our website, by attending trade shows we are
exhibiting at, we ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number
(optional). By doing this, you allow us to provide you with the most relevant email newsletter. You
can unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting
Safariline directly. We will not share this data with any third parties.
When you book with Safariline We collect the information you provide directly to us. you will need to
complete a tour registration & Health/Events form. These forms collect information on you, and
any others traveling on your booking, including, but not limited to:
Full name, email, address, telephone number, nationality, and government identification such as
passport details, insurance policy, dietary restrictions, physical limitations, wedding anniversary,
birthdate, emergency contact details, payment information other personal information.
This information is necessary to provide you with a customized travel service.

Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information from you offline, such as when you speak on the phone with one of our
agents or interact or transact with us in person at an event, trade show, or during one of our trips. We
may need to disclose some of your information to our partners including hotels, lodges, and ground
handlers. We only pass on information that is required to fulfill the booking and make sure your
safari runs smoothly.
We do not store financially sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank details, or
security numbers. This information is securely stored and will never be sold to third parties.

information you indirectly provide to us when you access and interact with our Services.

SAFEGUARDING YOUR INFORMATION - KEEPING YOUR DATA SAFE
Data security is of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to ensuring the information we collect from you is secure. All the information you give us is protected by a secure server. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. The information is only de-encrypted when it reaches our server. We also have a Firewall (security software) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet.

All information is kept securely and can only be accessed by the employees of Safariline.
We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. We have implemented

information was provided. Wherever possible, we require our third-party service providers to protect your information in accordance with our information security policies.
We use no encryption (data scrambling) on certain portions of our website and mobile application but use encryption on portions where you are transmitting sensitive information as described above.
