A Tour Registration Form, must be completed and signed by all travelers.

In order to plan an itinerary and make a provisional booking on your behalf a Nonrefundable deposit of US $250 per person is due, payable by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).

Upon receipt of full confirmation 25% of the land tour cost is due (less the initial $250 per person paid). Upon receipt Safariline will send out your pre-departure documents.

Sixty Days prior to departure, the final balance of your invoice is due payable by check, wire transfer or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard,Discover). Also required at this time is proof of Trip Insurance.

Note: If reservation is effected within 60 days of commencement of travel, the entire amount is required at time of confirmation. If payment installments are not paid when due, Safariline reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled and cancellation charges will apply.

Upon receipt of deposit, you will receive a copy of our pre-safari information. This informative booklet provides valuable details about the safari, the local conditions, essential reading, plus details on what to pack and what not to bring!

All quoted fares are based on ADVANCE PURCHASE EXCURSION OR TOUR BASED FARES effective at time of printing. These fares are subject to a minimum /maximum stay and other restrictions. Ticketing deadlines vary by airline and will be advised at the time of boking. Airfares quoted are from selected gateways and based on current tariffs and rules in effect. Add-on fares from other cities may be available. Applicable US & Foreign taxes, Fuel Surcharges, weekend surcharges and stopover fees may be added to fares. Airfares and airline schedules are subject to government approval and may alter without prior notice. Credit card purchases will be accepted according to the rules of the individual carrier.

The tour cost includes planning, handling and all operational charges. Prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of printing. In the event of severe currency fluctuation or tariff increase the cost is subject to adjustment. Internal (domestic & regional) air as indicated in the itinerary, hotel services, all sightseeing arrangements, park and entrance fees, and local guides and leadership may be included in the tours. In addition accommodation, meals, transfers and taxes and gratuities are included as detailed. (B=Breakfast / L=Lunch / D= Dinner)

A valid passport and appropriate visas are required by every traveler.

A maximum of 2 bags per person with a combined length, width and height o 106" (economy class) and 134" (first class) is allowed free of charge to your first overseas destination and from most points of return to the USA. No single bag to exceed 62" length. Carry-on baggage, should not exceed 45" in length. Beyond the first overseas stopover points as well as from some points of return to USA, a free weight allowance of 44 lb., (economy class) and 66 lbs (first class) applies. Small aircraft and charter flights have further restrictions of 12 Kg (22 lbs) soft sided baggage only! Any charges incurred for excess baggage are solely the responsibility of the traveler. Pack light!

Although Safariline endeavors to ensure that your trip runs as smoothly as possible, not everything is within our control. The safari operators we work with require that all guests are covered by travel insurance, including emergency medical evacuation coverage.

The coverage for trip cost is available through Safariline and at your discretion; please enquire. Non-USA residents are not eligible for this plan, and must provide proof of coverage purchased in the country of residence. Proof of Trip Insurance is required to release final documents.
